Abstract
The progress in computational modeling in systems biology has been remarkable, evolving from simple models focused on small-scale molecular interactions and individual biological processes. Technological advancements in molecular biology and biomedical fields have generated tremendous amounts of data that allowed the evolution from simple to more complex models. With the ever-growing computational power and sophisticated algorithms, biological models can now encompass nearly complete cellular functions and organism physiology. AI with more powerful and efficient methods for analysing and integ
