Abstract
1## Introduction Small cell lung cancer (SCLC) accounts for approximately 10%-15% of all lung cancers . SCLC is a highly malignant tumor that grows rapidly and can cause lymph node and distant metastases at an early stage; however, it is characterized by its high sensitivity to radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Patients who receive initial chemotherapy and chest radiotherapy for limited disease (LD)-SCLC show a good response, but the 5-year survival rate is < 30% .
