The global rise in dementia prevalence continues to impose profound clinical, societal, and economic challenges . Despite substantial progress in recent years, key limitations remain, including the modest and stage-dependent efficacy of current disease-modifying therapies targeting amyloid pathology , the complexity of early diagnosis, and the persistent gap between mechanistic insights and clinical application.
