Abstract
For researchers designing process evaluations in community mental health, our typology offers a map for navigating framework selection. The choice of framework should be guided by the primary evaluation questions. Determinant frameworks like CFIR are appropriate when the goal is to identify factors affecting implementation success. Evaluation frameworks like RE-AIM are suited to assessing the reach, adoption, and sustainability of interventions. Process frameworks guide attention to implementation stages and activities.
